Shipping Policy
All jewellery is handmade, so please allow 3–5 working days for your piece to be prepared and dispatched.
- UK Shipping: Orders are sent via Royal Mail. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Please be aware that delivery times may be longer during busy periods or due to postal delays. Unfortunately, I can’t take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels, but do get in touch if something goes wrong – I’ll always do my best to help.
Returns Policy
I want you to be completely happy with your order, so if there’s an issue with your item, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
- If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, contact me within 7 days of receiving it.
- I am happy to offer a replacement or repair, depending on the situation.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
To report an issue, email me at westbayjewellery@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description – photos are helpful too if the item is damaged.
